Ask More Businesses

More good news !! This is a major step toward changing our gun culture.

Last week Walmart changed their gun policy asking owners not to carry their guns openly in their stores!  Kroger soon followed.  Then Walgreens, CVS and Wegmans!!

In the last few years Starbucks, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Chili’s, Panera Bread, Whataburger, Target, Costco, Chipotle, & Trader Joes, have all stood up and claimed their space by choosing our families safety first.

They are all corporate leaders that deserve your thanks and patronage.

Here are the gun policies for America’s largest retailers

Asking gun owners to not carry their guns openly is a GREAT first step but we will need to keep putting pressure on them to actually prohibit the carrying of ALL weapons in their businesses.

What can you do?  Ask your local businesses to post a sign prohibiting weapons. They are in good company if they do. Ask us if you need some signs to give them.
